• Thrust & pullback device is equipped with German Rexroth/Sunny motor with a simple transmission structure and reliable performance. Rotation adopts Rexroth motor. Thrust & pullback has multi-stage variable speed, and the thrust & pullback force can be raised up to 1500 kN, leading in industry in terms of working efficiency and speed.
• Equipped with an internationally well-known motor that allows for multi-stage variable speed rotation, greatly enhancing work efficiency.
• Adopts a double-speed motor allowing walking at speeds up to 5 km/h. Short-distance job site transfers do not require loading onto a truck.
• Low clamping center protects the drill rod effectively and occupies a small construction space. Front and rear wrenches can be separated, and clamping can be adjusted according to drill rod specifications.
• The floating spindle protects the drill pipe thread.
• Four-link amplitude mechanism is adopted with a large angle range (10°~19°). The drilling rig's center of gravity is lower, providing better stability.
• Proportional line control walking system ensures the safety of the rig and personnel during walking, loading, and unloading.
• Rotary manipulator is Goodeng's patent. Drill rods slip automatically, eliminating the need for manual unloading, thus saving labor costs.
• The on-board operating room has ample space and can be rotated. It is equipped with both warm and cold AC.
• LCD man-machine interactive system allows for real-time monitoring and adjustment of equipment status, making operation simpler and more comfortable.
• Two operation systems are available: automatic and manual. In automatic mode, the system can adjust rig parameters according to soil conditions to protect the rig.
